Therapy is About Courage and Curiosity
With nearly 40 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Substance Use Disorder Professional, I’m here to help you better understand your life and relationships. I believe that life problems are best understood and resolved by looking at what you’ve experienced in your life. Together let’s look at why you might be struggling and find a path forward.
Couples Therapy
Nobody likes to live in conflict or emotional distance. Relationships are complex, but the struggles are often worked through when we appreciate our own relational histories as well as those of our partner (s). Let me show you a way to view these struggles from different point of view.
I have extensive experience working with couples experiencing life transitions, infidelity, substance use, parenting, co-parenting, divorce/remarriage, codependency, boundary issues, and work stress.
Couples sessions are offered virtually, $195 per 50-minute session.
Individual Therapy
Sometimes we struggle with our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We feel stuck. There is a better way to understand and cut through the confusion.
Whatever the internal struggle, seeing your life in a broader, relational context can be very useful. I would like to share my approach with you and aid you in your path to clearer understanding.
I have extensive background in working with Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA), people in recovery from substance use, and mood disorders such as depression and anxiety.
Individual sessions are offered virtually, $165 per 50-minute session.
Clinical Supervision and Consultation for Therapists
Individual Clinical Consultation sessions are offered virtually, $75 per 50-minute session.
Individual Clinical Supervision (to obtain supervision hours for licensure) sessions are offered virtually, $125 per 50-minute session.
